WINTER 2014 CLASS SCHEDULE
INTRODUCTION TO QUICKBOOKS – BEGINNER
So you bought QuickBooks to track your business or family finances, but are struggling because it isn’t as easy as you thought. QuickBooks can be a powerful program most users under utilize. Can’t get reports and financials that are useful to you as a business owner? Do you need to learn how to balance your checkbooks so you have an accurate useful balance? Do you just need someone to walk you through the basics of QuickBooks and get you pointed in the right direction? THIS is the seminar for you. Two hour and a half or one full three hour session will walk you through the basics of QuickBooks in a format where you can ask questions in a small group environment.
Topics covered will include:
Session 1: Setting up a functional and complete set of accounts; list entries and changes; invoices and sales receipt basics; receiving customer payments; making deposits; reconciliations; entering and paying bills
Session 2: Using the credit card module; reconciliations; basic reports-find-modify-export
Class will be conducted in a demonstration format. You are welcome to bring a laptop with QuickBooks installed but it is not required.

It is like the car seat for your Quickbooks file.
