Relieve Stress While Multitasking

Take a few minutes each day, even if it is while driving, waiting on hold, or standing in line at the store to breathe deep.  Breathe in through your nose for a 6 count and let the breathe out slowly for a 6 count.  Relax your shoulders while you let the breath out.  Feel better?
