The reports such as Unpaid Bills by Job cannot be forced in other editions of QuickBooks. This report can be a very important cash flow management tool. Expenses Not Assigned to Jobs is a key report to your cost savings strategy and will help you catch any items that may not have been assigned to a job but should have. Billed/Unbilled Hours by Person and Job reports are part of my weekly maintenance report set for any business with billable hours. These reports combined with great practices are a strong foundation for construction accounting.
